Online Physical Training

Online fitness training with a personal touch.

Online training is a more cost effective option, with less personal touch, that can be done on your own time.

 

This is a great program for you if:

  • You are self motivated and don't need as much accountability

  • You have access to a gym (local gym membership options at Nimbus available) or home gym equipment

  • Need flexibility to workout on your time

  • Already have great form and proper movement patterns

Although you will have less one on one, you still get a great program that, if followed, you will see amazing results.

 

With this program you will get: 

  • 12 weeks of workouts 

  • The ability to send in video for evaluations,

  • Weekly check-ins with your coach via messaging where you can discuss any areas of your journey you may need help with. 

  • The option to send video recordings for form checks.
