In-Person Training

One-on-one or small group (2-4 people) personal training

Our in-person training is our most hands-on approach to helping you reach all of your health and fitness goals. This is for all who need more guidance and prefer the connection and accountability of in person workouts. 

​

 In person training is also a great option for those who desire the ease of someone else programming their workouts and/or want the accountability of having an appointment to work out. 

​

The one-on-one option is the most focused training, as it is just you and the trainer. You will have our full attention. This is a great option for beginners. 

 

This one-on-on option is perfect for:​ 

  • Beginners 

  • Seniors 

  • Those who have graduated physical therapy and need to continue to strengthen 

  • Young athletes looking to get stronger and prevent injury

  • Seasoned lifters needing to focused on your movement patterns. 

​

The small group option allows you to either get a group of friends together or you can be placed in a small group with those at your level of fitness. 

 

This small group option is for you if:

  • You desire a more cost effective option.

  • You love working out with others

  • You are a social person and want the social aspect but still desire the hands on approach of one-on-one training

  • You love to have fun and connect with others. (Many great friendships and connections have been made in our small groups.) 

 

No matter which option you choose, our expert trainers will help you to perfect your form and teach you proper movement mechanics.

These in-person option include: 

  • Goal setting

  • Follow up check-ins/weigh-ins, and measurements to help you stay on track. 

  • General nutrition guidance for your specific goals​

Senior Specific Training

We love our seniors! We know that weight training is especially important as we age.

 

Our senior training specialists know how to work with seniors' specific needs no matter where they are starting. From strength to stability to mobility we help our senior clients live better and more independently longer.

We are passionate about seeing the progress that our more seasoned clients see in a short amount of time. 

​

When you move better you feel better, and you want to do more, which in the end helps with mental strength and cognition as well.

Group Fitness Classes

Strength and conditioning classes up to10 people

Group fitness classes are a perfect supplement to our personal training and helps you get in your conditioning exercises in a fun group setting. 

​

You will be challenged and building fitness while having fun and building relationships with others. there are 4 classes a week to choose from with varying focus. 

 

Our expert trainers will lead you through the workouts, checking technique and movement patters to keep you safe and injury free. We will be there to regress the movements if necessary so you can work at your level of fitness. 

 

Glute Camp​:

Focus: Glutes, hamstrings, posterior chain
Booty-focused, burner style.
 

​

Core War:

Focus: Abs, obliques, lower back
All things midsection—stability, power, and definition.
Functional core strength with a sweaty twist.

​

Upper Hustle:

Focus: Arms, shoulders, chest, back
Strength training for upper body definition and power.
Press, pull, and pump with purpose.

​

Total Torque

Focus: Full-body strength & metabolic conditioning
Combines strength and cardio for all-around power.

Fast-paced, high-energy, full-body grind.

​
